This policy explains how Sasha Holiday Home handles your personal data when you use this website and send a booking request.
Who is responsible
Bart, the host of Sasha Holiday Home, is responsible for your data. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests, your chosen check-in and check-out dates, and any message you add.
Why we use it
We use your details only to handle your booking request, to contact you about your stay, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored
Your request is stored in our Supabase database, hosted within the European Union. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The availability calendar is kept in sync with Airbnb, but that sync transfers only blocked dates and no personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and any resulting stay, and then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
