Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 5 July 2026
These terms apply to bookings of any property listed on Sasha Holiday Home, hosted by Bart in the Netherlands. By sending a booking request you accept these terms and the house rules shown on the property's page.
1. Booking requests and confirmation
Sending a request through this website does not create a confirmed booking. Your dates are held only once Bart confirms them in writing by email. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment
No payment is taken on this website. After Bart reserves your dates and confirms them by email, you pay by direct bank transfer (EFT) to the account shown in that email, by the payment deadline stated there. Your booking is only secured once payment is received. If payment is not received by the deadline, Bart may send a reminder, and the booking may be cancelled and the dates released.
3. Prices
Prices are per night and include a set number of guests; additional guests, a cleaning fee, seasonal rates, and any direct-booking discount may apply. The price shown on the website when you choose your dates is an estimate calculated from these. The final price, the minimum stay and any discount are confirmed by Bart when he replies to your request, and the rate confirmed by email is the rate that applies to your stay.
4. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your stay, contact Bart as soon as possible by email. Bart may also cancel a booking, for example if payment is not received by the deadline, and will let you know by email. If you have already paid, any refund is processed to the account you paid from, according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
5. House rules
When you book a property you also accept the house rules for that property, which are shown on the property's page. They cover the check-in and check-out times, the maximum number of guests, quiet hours, pets, smoking, and how to leave the cabin.
6. Liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay. Bart is not liable for guests' personal belongings, nor for circumstances beyond his reasonable control, such as severe weather or utility outages.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For any question, contact [email protected].
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be dealt with by the competent Dutch court.
